   Virtual Consultation & Planning

   Initial consultation can be done remotely via video call with photographs. The surgeon assesses facial proportions, discusses goals, and recommends the appropriate technique (open vs. closed rhinoplasty, implant vs. autologous cartilage). 3D computer simulations show expected results.

   In-Person Evaluation & Pre-Op Testing

   Rhinoplasty Surgery

   The surgery is performed under general anesthesia.    Recovery & Follow-Up

   The nasal splint is removed at 7-10 days post-surgery. Sutures are removed and initial healing is assessed.
